Wayne Simmons is the founder of ICOR Partners, an Arlington management consulting firm that specializes in centralizing and realigning information technology resources. His firm helped the Small Business Administration streamline its loan application and approval process after Hurricane Katrina and is working with the Department of Homeland Security to unify its $6 billion IT infrastructure. This year, the firm won a $3 million contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs to help centralize and manage its financial and IT programs, including the next-generation veterans’ health system technology.
