NEW YORK (Reuters) - Yahoo Inc (YHOO.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) is unlikely to get into a bidding war over AOL with Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) because if Microsoft gets in the way, Yahoo could instead renew talks over News Corp’s (NWSa.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) Web properties, a person with knowledge of the plans said on Thursday.
